This Napkin machine
is a simple design, for high-speed production of one, two or three
ply napkins.
|

By changing
the folding unit the machine can produce different napkin sizes.
|
|
The machine
is provided with Pneumatic Loader of Jumbo Reel, Steel to paper
frictionless Embosser, motor driven unwinding unit with automatic
tension controller.
|
|
The machine
is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Control) and Microview
Display for easy data access. There is the possibility to change
electronically the speed, the number of napkins that can be counter
and the sharpening time of band saw while machine is running. All the technological
operations can be adjusted during operating time through mechanical
systems. |

You can
print napkins in one, two or three difference colors depending by the printing
unit's number.
